Language: The IJRPSS only accepts manuscripts written in English.

Length of Paper: The length of the paper should not exceed 20 pages. Manuscripts containing more than 20 pages will be returned to the author(s) for abridgement. Please format your articles with double-spacing (including footnotes and references) on A4-sized pages with wide margins. While conciseness is encouraged, clarity should not be compromised.

Title Page: The title page should be separated from the main text and include the following details:

• Title: Keep the title concise and informative. Abbreviations should be avoided whenever possible.
• Author’s Names and Affiliations: Clearly indicate the given name and family name for each author. Present the authors’ affiliation addresses (where the actual work was conducted) below their names. Use a lower-case superscript letter to indicate affiliations, and provide complete postal addresses, including country names. If available, include email addresses and telephone numbers.
• Corresponding Author: Clearly specify the author responsible for handling correspondence during all stages of the review and publication process. Include complete postal addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.

Abstract: Include a concise and factual abstract (maximum 150 words). The abstract should briefly state the research’s purpose, principal results, and major conclusions. Ensure that the abstract can stand alone, as it might be presented separately from the article. Avoid references within the abstract; if necessary, cite them fully without reference to the reference list.

Keywords: Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 8 keywords. Avoid using general, plural, or multiple-concept terms (e.g., ‘and’, ‘of’).

Subdivision of the Article: Organize your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered as follows: 1, 2, 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2, etc. The abstract is not included in section numbering.

Tables and Figures: Present tables and figures at the end of the article.

References: Authors should follow the latest edition of the APA style for referencing. For more details about APA style, visit www.apastyle.org. Ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list, and vice versa.

Submission Preparation Checklist: Before submitting your manuscript, please review the following checklist:

• The submission has not been previously published, and it is not under consideration by another journal.
• The manuscript is in Microsoft Word format.
• The manuscript adheres to the Journal’s author guidelines.
• Author(s) name and affiliation are not included in the main text.
